Enough Capital
- Subject: Enough Capital

Chris B. asserts:
>but there is not
>enough capital in in the world for everyone to be constructively
>productive.
Scott:
This is quite a sweeping assertion. Based on what calculations? While I'm
sure this is the conventional wisdom of bourgy economists where is the
evidence. Does this mean that socialism won't and can't work? This is
certainly no minor detail, but very much an under*lie*ing assumption for
justification of class society and capitalism. Or <deadpan> to put it as I
*did* learn it in Sunday School back there in South Carolina, "The poor will
always be with us." That was ususally in the same lesson with "there will
always be wars and rumor of wars."
