What I can recommend is not a book, only a pamphlet of 47 pp. entitled
"The Counter-revolution in Ireland" by Serge Van der Straeten and
Philippe Daufouy (originally written in French and appearing in *Les
Temps Modernes* June 1972) published in 1974 by Black & Red (Box 9546,
Detroit, MI 48202). Good analysis of Marx's positions vis-a-vis Ireland,
and trashes both imperialism and anti-imperialism.
