MARXIAN EMPIRICS

Anybody know anything about a book entitled MARXIAN EMPIRICS by
Don Shakow, Julie Graham, Katherine Gibson and Ron Horvath?  I
can't find this book in any online library catalogs, or for that
matter, any of the authors except one book by Gibson.  This title
was listed as a forthcoming book in footnote 13 of the Horvath &
Gobson article I summarized a few days ago, "Abstraction in Marx's
Method".  The authors' methodology includes a classification of
facts.  Perhaps the book never came out, or its publication was
confined to Australia and it never reached the USA.  But maybe one
of you knows something?
