Building Alliances for Progressive Action

This three-day event will give students, activists, and progressive
organizations an opportunity to meet face-to-face to discuss critical
social justice issues, share organizing strategies, and build
alliances for future action.

Along with our excellent keynote speakers (see below), the conference
will include workshops and panel discussions on critical issues of
today, skill-building workshops, musical performances, art
installations, vegetarian lunches, and organized community actions.

Cost: The keynote speeches are free with conference registration or a
$5 donation.  In order to make this the best event possible, please
pre-register!

Workshops include topics such as: anti-war organizing, cooperative
housing, nuclear power, the drug war, prison industrial complex,
labor movement, campus organizing, Plan Colombia, industrial hemp,
animal rights, independent media, corporate power, activism through
music and art, affirmative action, etc.
