apologies andy.  my mother just reminded me about the class action
discrimination suit.  i had forgotten all about it!  in part, this is
because the incident in syracuse is often brought up and too often people
think it was the black students who were beaten, not the asian students.
so again, apologies for my stupid retort.  '
