This is an allusion to an exchange on the feminist economists list that Katha was part of. Some participants deemed it inappropriate and insulting to deny the existence of witchcraft or to criticize wicca as a religion. Katha's other instances - CFS, repressed memory, etc. - were also covered in that exchange.
