What isn't a cliche, even that everything's a cliche? Nothing new under the
sun, and all that.
Speaking about the unspeakable may be an old trope, but the unspeakable can
only be evoked indirectly. Desire is always beyond its expression, there's
no satisfaction in satisfaction, and all that too.
