I can see that the structure would be very useful for future new-comers in
particular.
Re assisting you in transferring, I would have put it the other way around:
post it on the list in the normal way *and* on the board.
If some way could be found whereby anything posted on the board is
automatically sent to the list *and* whereby listers who receive such
postings can automatically reply to them on the board, that would be great.
What we need is a seamless interface, not a separation.
