Still the very best introductory-level secondary source on cr is Andrew Collier's 1994 book, CRITICAL REALISM: AN INTROUDCTION TO THE PHILOSOPHY OF ROY BHASKAR (Verso), or something very close to that.  I can't recommend it enough, for people who are going through this for the first time.  It is clear and great.  Collier is a philosopher, too, which is nice given the material.  It's available in paper.  I don't know why I've only now just thought of it.  

My book has what I think is still the only chapter-length consideration of RTS and Kant.
