[Critical-Realism] Social Cube; contraints & enablement

If there are people doing research in law would they wish to counterpoise Bhaskaria social cube constraints and enablements (Plato etc) against constructionists legislation of laws in modern societies, theocratic (radical and moderate), federal, democratic, authoritarian and so on.
     The question considers whether society is understood as it is into the world or as we think society should be into the world. I don?t grasp a thing about this theme.
