I don't think I agree with you that my understanding of these issues hinges
on the term "powerful particular." I only gave in and started using it a
couple of weeks ago. So if it's true that I'm a die-hard monovalentist,
atomistic block-head (!), then it surely pre-dates my unfortunate adoption
of the term! [I'm more than happy to go back to talking about causality
being a power of things, as RB did in *RTS*, and forget all about powerful
particulars -- and certainly will, if I can't find where it came from.]
Also, though I haven't thought about it a lot, I don't think that I'm
especially committed to the idea that "the world is ultimately atomistic, or
that 'entity *relationism*' is mistaken," as you put it.
