Well Andrew,

My phone line has been repaired and I have just opened your post.  What to
say?  Nothing really except I quite admire Robespierre and St Just.  You
can throw Marat into that lot if you wish!

BTW my point about Zinoviev was of course not that he was responsible for
all that Lenin did.  I simply pointed out Lou Proyect's argument that
Leninist political organisation is a creation of Zinoviev rather than
Lenin.  The argument is a scholarly one and if you visit Lou's site you can
get the url for his web page and you can read it there.


However I am nursing the mother of all hang overs and above all want a
peaceful life today and probably tomorrow as well.
