I'm less interested in the arguments about God. For example, I don't
personally find TDCR or "From East to West" very persuasive. (I do
respect Bhaskar for taking on tough issues.) This despite seeing wisdom
in critical realism. My interest here is mostly in philosophy of
science.

I've been putting together an application of critical realism in the
social sciences myself. It doesn't involve Marxism and is (hopefully)
not dogmatic. I've reached several new conclusions in the science that
I've developed. Critical realism is employed as an underlaborer for
this science. I would publish it in about a year and a half, on an
optimistic time schedule. One chapter would be entitled "Notes on
Critical Realism." This chapter would sketch out the utility of CR, and
set the philosophical stage for the theory. I will probably be
finishing this chapter before the others. If people are interested, I'd
be gratified to have the arguments there commented on, or have
suggestions made.
