BHA: Is there a new book of critical d. realism

have read, that Roy Bhaskar has made or planned to make a new book.
It's title was Transcendence and Totality, London, 1997, but I have
not got information that it is avaiable.

I am pondering, if ths book or other book made by Bhaskar has been
published or not in this year.
