[AUT] introducing myself

Hi everyone,

I must confess I did not present myself before because writing in 
English is truly one of my weakest points. :)

My name is Manoel Nascimento,  I'm from Brazil (Salvador, in Bahia, to 
be more specific). Living in a city where at least 74% of its families - 
it's the usual statistical measure in income questions here - earns 
monthly less than US$ 330,00 and 27,7% of the population is unemployed, 
it was an easy step to get involved with theorical discussions and 
social movements dealing with precarity, unemployment and working-class 
autonomy, specially through the writings of Maurício Tragtenberg, João 
Bernardo, Lúcia Bruno, the "Italian school" (Negri, Tronti and others), 
from a theorical standpoint, and, from a pratical one, to get closer - 
and sometimes be inside - student movements, homeless movements (in 
Brazil they organize themselves quite a bit like the "landless movement" 
Movimento dos Trabalhadores Sem Terra - MST) and Movimento Passe Livre - 
MPL (a free translation of its name would be "Free Transport Movement").

Well, this is a bit of me. Sorry if I can't express myself better in 
English, but be sure that I read in English far much better than I write!
