Well to quote their blurb "Autonomus Action (?Avtonomnoe Deystvie?, AD) is a revolutionary anarcho-communist federation". So not autonomists in the marxist sense.

They seem to be quite secretive because of the amount of repression they've been suffereing. (See the report from their last 'General Meeting' http://avtonom.org/eng/news/4gm.html ). I know Michael Schimdt the International Secretary of the Zabalaza Anarcho-Communist Federation www.zabalaza.net has been trying top get in touch with them to see if they want to join International Libertarian Solidarity http://www.ils-sil.org/ but (as far as I know) he's had real difficulty corresponding with them. I might be wrong though.
