AUT: ESF and What is to be Done

There is very good remark in the Leed May Day Group¹s booklet ³Moments of
Excess², presented at the Life despite Capitalism session at the ESF, and
that is relevant to recent discussions. I quote:

    During the organising process [of the ESF] the ?horizontals¹ have fought
the ?vericals¹ to keep things open. In the process, however, people have
come to define themselves as one or the other. In the past our strength has
been our ability to be more than the definitions that are thrust upon us.
