oops - yr right [hands head is shame], I was somewhat stupidly confusing
the Bosnian civil war of 1992-1995 with the kosovo war, mea culpa.
anyways, even given that - the perdiod of 1992 - 1999 still means that the
period of writing is before 2000 anyways, regardless of my temporary bout
of stupidity regarding the dates of particular balkan conflicts.
