I think this is quite a prevalent feeling amongst people who have been
involved in networked, horizontal organising structures. Actually, I'm
interested in why you think that network organising doesn't 'foster' ethics,
or relations... Can you give some examples or explain what you mean more
clearly?

(I should say initially that I'm not sure I agree... but I want to know what
you mean.)
