That would be fantastic. I want to see what I can do with the notion of
the state of exception in relation to the US academic vision of Code as
a form of IP law and the GPL as something that is not law but appears
(to some) to have the force of law ...i.e that IP law now is itself not
law but a part of this "state" and reflects the larger crisis..... so
the more bits of Agamben's work in this area  can get the better.
