AUT: AGAMBEN - State of Exception

Looking through Dr Woo's post re the State of the Emergency has prompted
me to ask this question whcih I ahve been trying to resolve on my own
for a little while.

Is Agamben's "State of Exception/Emergency" available in English?

 I am aware of the excerpt from his Paris lecture that appears in
various places on the net but I understand there is a book of the same
name in Itaian/French.

 Is this correct?

Has it been translated to English?
