Not extending the discussion to:

being a polite but firm warning that the organisers have no intention of
allowing hostile infiltrators (e.g. Zionist student activists, or similar)
to hijack or sabotage the discussion. As is perfectly clear from the very
next line that Scott deliberately cut off::
