dear all
I have received this message and I pass it on in the hope that someone can
help.
I have never thought of myself as an anarchist and it is possible that the
writer is confusing the article referred to with stuff I produced in 1995
on 'how a communist 'economy' might be organised'. [if he is he must be a
very determined researcher!]
I have never heard of the publication he mentions, so I'd be curious myself
to see a copy if anyone has it
