Well, this is all I know about it:
Negri, A. (1999). "Insurgencies: Constituent Power and the Modern State".
Boscagli, M. (trans.). Minneapolis: University of Minnesota Press (Theory
Out of Bounds, vol. 15).
I was wondering whether it was worth reading because I'm looking for stuff
about "constituent power" and it seems like this would be a good source.
However, I do not have access to it over here and would have to order it and
it is fairly expensive.
