Hi Harald,
The Socialist Party of Great Britain, a small group
that split from the Social Democratic Federation in
1904, held that Russia was state-capitalist from 1918.
Their theory, and that of Crump and Buick's State
Capitalism book, which puts much the same theory, is
criticised in Neil Fernandez, as you probably know.
The Socialist Party of Great Britain is still going
and can be found at www.worldsocialism.org/spgb.
Cheers
Stuart
