Take a close look at the price tag before you order it. I did
not. I bought it through amazon.co.uk. about a year ago
and got a mild shock when I recieved it and chequed
what they had charged me for the book. It for sure is not
gonna make it outside the academic world at that price.
(The publishers are Ashgate)
