Hey Steve,

Sorry if that bit of mulch was not clear or seemed dismissive.  I enjoyed
your post and indeed I do think that the question of money and credit is
very important and is much under-thought/under-theorized.  That's part of
what makes Bonefeld and Holloway's stuff so important.
My comment was not particularly directed at your comments, nor to Thiago's
point below.  It was not even directly directed at the article, which is
actually of some value.  I had some people I know here in Chicago in mind
for the 'marxiste' comment and sort of vented some steam.  In the end, I was
only trying to encourage Thiago to follow through on his better instincts :)
