How about this one from "The Impending Catastrophe and how to Combat it" ?

"For socialism is merely the the next step forward from state-capitalist
monopoly. Or in other words, socialism is merely state-capitalist monopoly
_which is made to serve the interests of the whole people_ and has to that
extent _ceased_to be capitalist monopoly."

Now one quote doesn't really prove anything, and I personally believe Lenin
thought what he was building was socialism. "State & Revolution" has some
important stuff in it, but it also contains Lenin's admiration for the
German postal system. However, it's clear, and I think the IBRP comrades
would agree Lenin never really broke from certain IInd International
concepts about the state and workers' relationship to it. Lenin also wrote
that State-capitalism would be an advance for Russia, given the low level of
developement.

If anyone is interested I can post the new introduction by Red & Black Notes
to Gilles Dauve's article "The Renegade Kautsky and His Disciple Lenin."
