I hope to post something later, but I have not had the time recently.  On
the other hand, Neil obviously has not read anyting I have posted over the
last 3 months, since then he would not have to ask the last two questions,
which, in the third person, sound like someone speechifying to an audience
as they prepare for a 'polemic'.
