I wrote a piece a couple nights ago, and I want to apologize to comrades =
I know in News and Letters, as well as all of us trying to get out of =
Left sectarian hell.  I used the word 'creepy' to refer to N+L, and I =
think that, as a N+L comrade here in Chicago pointed out in a friendly =
way, is unfair and, frankly, kinda stupid (my characerization.)  I'll =
spare the self-abuse and just say that I have a lot of respect fo the =
N+L comrades, even when and where I disagree with them.  I have worked =
closely with them for several years now around Mumia Abu-Jamal and I =
have a lot of respect for the work they do and the ideas they have, as =
well as the people I know. =20

So I am offering up an apology in the spirit of not slighting people's =
and organization's characters, rather than engaging with the political =
differences.  I hope the high respect I have for Raya Dunayevskaya's =
works made a deeper impression than my slack-witted word choice.
