Have him write to Midnight Notes, Box 204, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130 -- all
issues are available, tho mostly in photocopy. $5 each, except book Midnight
Oil is $10.
Not sure about link, but our site www.midnightnotes.org is up -- I' just
checked. However, the requested pieces on not on the website (yet).
