   Do a search for the Conference for Socialist Economics, I know sometime
in the last year I've seen at least the table of contents and other relevant
stuff on the CSE site about Capital & Class.

P.S. Re: "Social factory"- do you know of Mario Tronti. Telos in the early
70's published some of his work, believe he riffed on American class
struggles in the 30's and 40's, if memory serves, before adding to the
Italian "class composition" debates. The issue of Telos would be around
issue #14 or so.
