As a force, the WTO manifests itself through a regime
of accumulation that can be called flexible
accumulation.  This regime and its neo-liberal
ideology is put in place by the competitive logic of
accumulation.  It also can't be separated from the
social structure and technological system that it
always attempts to put in place. This
socio-technological regime is everywhere throughout
society and can be attacked everywhere, both as a
social structure and as a technological system.

Hopefully, people will carry the attacking momentum
back with them and not wait for the next big event.
It is only by attacking the socio-technological regime
as it manifests itself throughout society that we will
ever be able to defeat it.
