Re: AUT: Negri and Derrida

Alvaro, my apologies for offending you. It was certainly not my intention.
It's clear that you've read Derrida. However, i know only too well how
often his work calls for "review." (I just spent most of six weeks working
through "Specters" with a group of students, and know i'm ready to return
to the text to deal with this new set of questions.) If you have, in fact,
"read and understood him" in any comprehensive way, then you're the first
person i've met. I, for one, am muddling along as seriously as i'm able.
So your last shot (above) is a little over the top.

The question remains for me how significant - and most importantly,
unbridgeable - the difference is between Derrida and Negri. If folks want
to pursue that question here, i can try to find the time to dig out the
books.
