AUT: New Information on 2nd American Encounter on Web

Three new developments:

1. The Resolution of the Preparatory Seminar held to organize the 2nd
American Encounter in Belem, Brazil Dec 6-11, 1999 is now up on the web in
Spanish as well as in English.

2.A Spanish version of the report from the III Preparatory meeting in Rio
is also available (translation into English needed! Any volunteers?) See:

3.The FZLN has now published a web page on the Encounter that includes
both of the above and earlier material as well.See
