Le sommet special de l'Union Europeenne sur l'immigration aura lieu a
Tampere (Finlande) du 14 au 16 octobre. Avec l'entree en vigueur du
traite
d'Amsterdam le 1er mai 1999, la politique d'immigration est portee a un
plus haut degre de coordination. Dans leur langage, les gouvernements de
l'Union  Europeenne celebrent le debut d'une ere de liberte, de securite
et
de justice.
Pour nous, cela signifie: plus d'exclusion, plus d'expulsions, plus de
controles.

- Sous le titre "combat contre l'immigration illegale", une politique
commune restrictive des visas et un fort armement des frontieres
exterieures doit empecher l'acces des refugies et des immigres
indesirables
a la Forteresse Europe. L'incorporation des accords de Schengen dans le
traite d'Amsterdam assurera le respect de normes strictes. Les Etats
appeles associes de l'Europe de l'Est sont obliges d'adopter ces mesures
pour devenir membres de l'U.E.
- Un objectif central du sommet est la destruction des trajets de fuite
vers l'Europe par l'intervention militaire directe, la pression
economique
sur les pays de transit et d'origine et l'exportation de savoir-faire
(policier).
- La politique d'expulsion doit etre coordonnee. Par exemple des
expulsions
groupees en commun par charters sont envisagees. Le fichier Eurodac
d'empreintes digitales doit permettre d'identifier tous les sans papiers
en
Europe pour les empecher de trouver refuge dans un autre pays europeen.
Et
dans l'avenir, aucun pays europeen ne pourra prendre ses propres mesures
de
regularisation comme l'Italie en 1998.
- Ce qu'ils appellent la "liberte de voyager" signifie le controle de
tout
le pays. les frontieres entre les Etats membres seront abolies - mais a
la
place, il y aura des controles dans les ures, les trains, les gares ...
La
presence de la police et l'augmentation de son pouvoir cree un climat de
repression et diminue les libertes de tout le monde.

Le reseau europeen de groupes contre les expulsions et contre le racisme
appelle a des actions contre le sommet de l'Union Europeenne le 15
octobre.
D'apres ce que nous savons, des actions se preparent deja en France, en
Allemagne, en Belgique, au Danemark, en Italie, en Finlande et en
Hollande.

Nous vous appelons a vous joindre a la journee d'action europeenne.

CALL FOR THE EUROPEAN ACTION DAY AGAINST THE EU-SUMMIT ON MIGRATION
ON OCTOBER, 15TH

On August 21th, a European meeting of antideportation and antracist
groups took place in Cologne for a further discussion of activities
against the EU-Summit on Migration in Tampere from 14th to 16th
October.The represented groups decided to do actions in every country
(instead of a common centralized action). The will be a coordinated
press work to gain more publicity for our common demands. We call on You
to join this European action day and to get into contact with the

Against Fortress Europe!
For free movement and the Right to choose the place of living.
Equal Rights for all

>From 14th to 16th of October the special EU-summit on Migration will
take place in Tampere/Finland. Since the Amsterdam treaty entered into
force on May, 1st, 1999, migration policy is now being brought to a new
level of coordination. In their language the governments of the European
Union celebrate the beginning of an  area of freedom, security and
justice".
In our words that means: more exclusion, more expulsions, more controls.

- Following the headline of  combatting illegal migration" a common
restrictive visa-policy and the strong armament of the outer borders
shall prevent the access of refugees and unwanted migrants to Fortress
Europe.  The incorporation of the Schengen agreement into the Amsterdam
Treaty shall assure, that strong standards are kept. The socalled
association-states in Eastern Europe are forced to adopt these  measures
to become member-states of the EU.
- One central destination of the summit is the destruction of the
flight-routes to Europe by direct military intervention, by economic
pressure on the transit countries and countries of origin and the export
of  know-how.
-   Deportation Policy shall be coordinated. For example common group
deportations with charter planes are planned. The Eurodac fingerprint
system shall make it possible, to identify all undocumented migrants all
over Europe to prevent to find shelter in another European Country. And
in the future no European country shall be enabled to take own measures
like a regularisation on a national level like in Italy in 1998.
-   What they call the  freedom of travel" means controlling the whole
country. The borders between the EU-States shall be abolished - but
instead there are controls in the streets, the trains, the stations ...
The presence and empowerment of the police creates a climate of
repression and diminishes the civil rights of everybody.

The European network of antideportation- and antiracist groups calls for
actions against the EU-Summit on October, 15th. as far as we know
actions are already in preparation in France, Germany, Belgium ,
Denmark, Italy, Finland and the Netherlands.

We call on you to join the European action day. Do actions at
institutions and places, that are directly connected to the machine of
expulsion.

il razzismo per continuare a discutere delle attività contro il

gruppi rappresentati hanno deciso di svolgere azioni in
ogni paese (piuttosto che un'azione centrale). Il lavoro rivolto ai

Il summit speciale dell'Unione europea sull'immigrazione si terrà a
Tampere
(Finlandia) dal 14 al 16 ottobre. L'entrata in vigore del
trattato di Amsterdam, il 1° maggio 1999, ha portato a un incremento del
coordinamento della politica d'immigrazione. Dal loro punto di
vista, i governanti dell'UE celebrano l'inizio di un'era di libertà,
sicurezza
e giustizia.
Per noi questo significa: più esclusione, più espulsioni, più controlli.

Al capitolo "lotta all'immigrazione illegale" si prevede una politica
comune
restrittiva per quel che riguarda la concessione dei visti e
una forte militarizzazione delle frontiere esterne per impedire
l'accesso a
rifugiati e immigrati indesiderati nella Fortezza Europa.
L'incorporamento degli accordi di Schengen nel trattato di Amsterdam
assicurerà
il rispetto di norme severe. Gli stati associati dell'est
europeo sono obbligati a adottare queste misure per diventare membri
dell'UE.


Uno degli obiettivi centrali del summit è la distruzione delle vie di
fuga
verso l'Europa con un intervento militare diretto, facendo
pressione economica sui paesi di transito e di origine e esportando il
know
how
(poliziesco).

La politica d'espulsione deve essere coordinata, Per esempio, si prevede
di
collaborare in espulsioni di gruppi con voli charter.
L'archivio Eurodac di impronte digitali deve permettere di identificare
tutti i
sans papier in Europa, per impedire loro di trovare rifugio in
un altro paese europeo. E, in futuro, nessun paese europeo potrà
adottare
provvedimenti propri di regolamentazione, come fece l'Italia
nel 1998.

Ciò che chiamano la "libertà di viaggiare", in realtà significa il
controllo
di
tutto il paese. Le frontiere fra gli stati membri saranno abolite,
ma ci saranno controlli per  strada, sui treni, nelle stazioni... La
presenza
della polizia e l'aumento del suo potere creano un clima di
repressione e diminuiscono la libertà di tutti.

La rete europea dei gruppi contro le espulsioni e il razzismo invita a
condurre
azioni contro il summit dell'Unione europea il 15 ottobre.
Da quel che sappiamo, si stanno preparando azioni in Francia, Germania,
Belgio,
Danimarca, Italia, Finlandia e Olanda.

Vi chiediamo di unirvi alla giornata di azione europea. Agite contro le
istituzioni e i luoghi direttamente legati alla macchina delle
espulsioni.

Reflexiones sobre el otono, las fortezas y las fronteras.

El simbolo de la 4 guerra mundial es un enorme muro que pasa desde Rio
Grande a la Turquia, de Gibraltar y luego cortando el este Europeo;
luego
sigue por Australia, Japòn, Asia oriental.
Mientras los potentes europeos se encuentran para decidir a quien
conceder
el asilo politico, desde el alto de sus palacios, en Europa siguen
llegando
las victimas de la cuarta guerra mundial, esa del neoliberalismo contra
la
Humanidad.
Y mientras los politicantes europeos se interrogan sobre las medidas
legales
para restringir los movimientos de las personas, en pocos anos han
muerto a
las frontieras de Schengen, miles de personas; ahogadas en el mar, con
las
explosiones de las minas, muertos en barcos hundidos de los varios
cuerpos
de las marinas, alcanzados por los proyectiles de la policia,
suspendidos
entre las fronteras en los carceles bilaterales...
Los muros americanos y de Schengen han causado en 5 anos 5-10 veces el
numero de muertos producidos del muro de Berlin en 30, ademas el sistema
informatico-policial registra con precisiòn foto, datos y huellas
digitales
hasta de los recien nacidos.
El crimen es de ser nacidos afuera de las fronteras de Schengen.
Sus vidas: trabajar para la riqueza de Europa y ser criminalizados por
los
medios de prensa.
Sus funciones: cambiar el conflicto entre las clases al conflicto entre
las
razas.
Sus destinos: la expulsiòn.
Sin embargo, el coraje, la resistenzia, y las luchas por los derechos,
llevadas a cabo por ellos, nos dicen que es posible un mundo que
contenga
muchos mundos.

El 23 de septiembre de 1998, gracias a este mecanismo, fue sofocada por
la
policia, Semira Adamu, una mujer que habia comentido el crimen de no
tener
documentos legales en su bolsillo.
Porque no construir un momento de reflexion, denuncia y mobilizaciòn en
esos
dias?

Reflexionemos si el sabado 25 de septiembre no puede ser el dia del
recuerdo
y de la lucha por Semira, y por todos aquellos que condividen su suerte.

Desde antes que lo construyeran, estamos luchando contra el simbolo de
este
muro, que han hecho en nuestra ciudad: el laguer para los extranjeros
sin
documentos, situado en V. Corelli, Milan.
Desde que ha iniciado a funcionar, pedimos que sea cerrado, denunciando
los
abusos que quisiera esconder: brutalidad policiesca, intentos de
suicidio,
auscencia de curas medicas.
Es un laguer que tiene que ser cerrado. Podria ser el centro para esta
reunion-manifestaciòn.
Nuestro pais sigue con la linea que ha elegido, o sea demonisar a los
inmigrantes, no aceptar los profugos, construir ghetos para los gitanos,
desde siempre ciudadanos del mondo.

La Europa de los derechos humanos, pisoteados tan barbaramente, de los
goviernos neoliberalistas de izquierda tambien en nuestro pais, pasa a
travez de:

Frenar inmediatamente las expulsiones.
Suprimir los campos de detencion
regularizar a todos los que no tienen documentos
liberalizar la circulaciòn y las estadias de las personas por todos los
paises.

Combatiendo al fianco de los inmigrantes, contra los muros de la
fortaleza
Europa, muchos grupos europeos se estan dando cita para
el viernes 15 de Octubre, en la jornada mundial de mobilizaciòn contra
todas
las expulsiones en todas las ciudades de la fortaleza Europa, y sabado
16 de
octubre a Tampere, en el ultimo dia del summit europeo sobre la
inmigraciòn
y la seguridad interna.
Estas jornadas nos vedran mobilizados para recordar una historia
iniciada
500 anos atras, una historia de emigraciòn desde la fortaleza, primero
de
conquistadores explotadores, luego de indios de Europa, explotados y sin
documentos.
Una historia de conquista, explotacion y fortalezas, que sigue hoy, con
hombres y mujeres afuera de los muros que sin documentos quieren entrar,
con
poblaciones sin tierras como el Kurdistan, para los cuales el derecho a
la
vida digna sigue siendo un chiste, o sin futuro como en Chiapas, para
los
cuales el derecho a una vida digna sigue siendo un engano, mujeres y
hombres
siguen resistiendo y a construir esos mundos que contengan muchos
mundos.

Y nuestros suenos van lejos, se mesclan con aquellos de nuestras
companeras
y companeros que se encuentran mas alla del muro, y les dicen: estamos
combatiendo contra las mismas piedras, y golpeando de ambos lados, las
fisuras se ensanchan mas rapidamente.

Y si tambien esta jornada dentro de la fortaleza sera conocida afuera,
mas
alla del muro?
Y si las companeras y los companeros de todo el mundo, que otras veces
han
condividido senderos de lucha, como ha sucedido con la caravana
intercontinental, o por el summit de los grandes de la tierra,
conocieran,
recojieran, sosruvieran y lucharan en esta jornada, y la hicieran volver
la
jornada mundial contra todas las fortalezas neoliberalistas, contra
todas
las fronteras?

Gedanken über den Herbst, über Festungen und Grenzen

Das Symbol des Vierten Weltkrieges ist eine Mauer, die von der Grenze
der Vereinigten Staaten und Mexiko bis zur Türkei reicht. Von dort zieht
sie
nach Norden, Osteuropa abriegelnd. Diese Mauer setzt sich in
Australien und Japan fort, und schliesst die Menschen Ostasiens von den
Reichtumsnestern aus.

Während die europäischen Machthaber sich treffen und entscheiden, wem
sie Asyl geben und wem nicht, kommen die Opfer des Vierten Weltkrieges
in Europa an. Der Vierte Weltkrieg: es ist der Krieg, nach dem Kalten
Krieg; der Krieg des Neoliberalismus gegen die Menschheit.

Während die Politiker Europas Massnahmen beschliessen, um die
Bewegungsfreiheit der Menschen einzuschränken, sterben tausende Menschen
an
den Schengengrenzen: ertrinken in den Meeren und Flüssen, werden in den
Minenfeldern in Stücke gerissen, werden von Polizisten erschossen...

Die Mauern der USA und von Schengen haben in den letzten fünf Jahren
zehn Mal mehr Menschen das Leben gekostet als die Berliner Mauer in
dreissig Jahren. Die Datenbasen von Schengen registrieren sogar die
Fotos, persönlichen Daten und Fingerabdrücke von Neugeborenen.

Ihr einziges Verbrechen ist es, ausserhalb der Schengengrenzen geboren
zu sein. Ihr Leben besteht daraus, für Europas Wohlstand zu schuften und
dafür von der Polizei und den Medien kriminalisiert zu werden. Ihre
Funktion
ist es, Klassenkonflikte in Rassenkonflikte zu verwandeln. Ihr Schicksal
ist
die Abschiebung.

Ihr Mut zum Widerstand und ihr Kampf um Gerechtigkeit zeugen davon, dass
eine Welt möglich ist, die mehrere verschiedene Welten beinhalten kann.

Am 23.9. vergangenen Jahres tötete das herrschende System Semira Adamu.
Ihr
einziges Verbrechen war es, eine Frau ohne gültige Papiere zu sein.

Wir sollten diesen Herbst dazu benutzen, um zu diskutieren und uns zu
mobilisieren.

Der 25.9. könnte der Gedenktag von Semira Adamu sein, und es könnte der
Tag
sein, an dem wir zusammen mit denen kämpfen, denen das selbe
Schicksal wie Semira droht. In Mailand kämpfen wir seit über einem Jahr
gegen das Konzentartionslager am Via Corelli. Wir haben täglich von der
Polizeiwillkür, von Selbstmorden und der unzureichenden
Gesundheitspflege berichtet. Via Corelli ist ein Konzentrationslager und
muss geschlossen werden. Es könnte unser Treffpunkt am 25.9. sein.

Unser Kontinent geht seinen eigenen Weg wenn es darum geht, Einwanderer
zu
unterdrücken, Flüchtlinge abzuweisen, und Ghettos für Roma zu bauen, die
seit jeher Weltbürger sind.

Das Europa der Menschenrechte, welche die neoliberalen, "linken"
Regierungen Europas mit Füssen treten, kann nur erreicht werden wenn:

- alle Abschiebungen sofort beendet werden,
- alle Konzentrationslager geschlossen werden,
- alle "illegalen" Einwanderer legalisiert werden,
- alle ihr Recht auf Bewegungs- und Niederlassungsfreiheit ausüben
können.

In unserem gemeinsamen Kampf zusammen mit den Einwanderern, mit den
französischen, deutschen, belgischen und anderen Bewegungen gegen die
Mauern der Festung Europa haben sich gerade diese Forderungen als
diejenigen erwiesen, die als gemeinsamer Nenner für alle die Aktionen
gelten können, welche wir am 15.10. in den Metropolen dieser Festung
veranstalten werden. Am selben Tag fängt in Tampere der EU Sondergipfel
zum
Thema innere Sicherheit und Immigration an.

An diesem Kampftag werden wir uns auch an die Geschichte erinnern, die
an einem Herbsttag vor 500 Jahren, dem 14.10.1492, mit der Eroberung
Amerikas begann. Es ist die Geschichte der Bewegungen raus aus der
Festung, aus der zuerst die Eroberer kamen und später die unterdrückten
und
papierlosen Emigranten Europas. Es ist eine Geschichte von Eroberung,
von
Ausbeutung und von Festungen, die weiter geht mit denen Frauen und
Männern,
die heute ohne Papiere ausserhalb unserer Mauern stehen und herein
wollen.
Es sind Völker ohne Land, wie die Kurden, für die Abschiebung das
gleiche
bedeutet wie ein Todesurteil. Es sind Völker ohne Zukunft, wie in
Chiapas,
wo das Recht auf ein lebenswertes Leben immer noch nicht erfüllt worden
ist.
Es sind Männer und Frauen, die mit Mut Widerstand leisten und an einer
Welt
bauen, in der Platz für verschiedene Welten ist.

Unsere Träume fliegen weit und sie vermischen sich mit den Träumen
derer, die auf der anderen Seite der Mauer stehen. Unsere Träume sagen
uns: wir kämpfen gegen die gleichen Mauern und wenn wir auf beiden
Seiten Breschen einschlagen, kommen wir schneller durch. Wenn man auf
der anderen Seite der Mauer über unsere Aktionen weiss, wenn unsere
GenossInnen, mit denen wir schon früher zusammen gekämpft haben, nseren
Aktionstag und unseren Kampf unterstützen, dann kann dieser Tag ein Tag
gegen alle Festungen und Grenzen des Neoliberalismus werden.

Some thoughts about the Autumn, the fortresses and the borders

The symbol of World War IV is an enormous wall going from the Rio Grande
to
Turkey, then Gibraltar and then up cutting out Eastern Europe, to end up
dividing Japan and Australia from the rest of South-Eastern Asia.

While the rulers of Europe meet to decide - from the top of their
Palaces --
who deserves political aylum and who doesn't,  Europe sees the migration
of
the victims of World War IV -- the victims of the war engaged by
neoliberalism against humanity after those of the Cold War. And while
european politicians seek "legal" measures to restrict people
circulation,
in a few years thousands of people died at the Schengen borders: drawn
into
seas or rivers, blown by mines, sunk by Navies, shot by the police, hung
beyond the border in bilateral jails, etc.

USA and Schengen walls have each caused in those last 5 years a number
of
casualties at least 5-10 times larger than the Berlin wall in 30 years,
and
the Schengen information system registers with absolute precision
pictures,
data and fingerprints even from babies.

Their crime: to be born out of these borders.
Their life: to work for the wealth of  Europe/ USA or being criminalized
by
mass media.
Their function: to shift class conflict into race conflict
Their destiny: rejection.

Still their courage, their resistance, their struggles for basic rights
tell
us that it's possible to create a world containing many worlds.

One year ago, on September 23, Semira Adamu was killed by this
mechanism,
suffocated with bare hands by a policeman. Her fault: not having in her
pocket a document "legal" enough to cross the Wall.

Let's turn this anniversary in a moment of confrontation, denounciation
and
mobilization!

September 25, Saturday, could become a day of recall and struggle for
Semira
and for all those who share her destiny.

Since its construction -- or even before -- we are struggling against
one of
the hatred symbols of the Wall: the lager for sans-papier in via
Corelli,
Milan. Since the first day of its opening we demand its closure
denouncing
the abuses hidden behind it: police violence, attempts to suicide, lack
of
medical care. It's a lager. We must close it. It could become the focus
of
this day of struggle.

Our country proceeds on the path choosen for it: demonize migrants,
reject
refugees, build ghettoes for Rom gipsies, citizens of the world since
immemorial time.

 The Europe of civil rights, so barbariously trodded by neoliberistic
left-wing governments also in our country, passes through:

- The immediate stop to all expulsions
- The closure of all lagers for immigrants
- The regularization of all sans-papiers
- Free circulation and free sojourn

Struggling next to migrants against the Wall of fortress Europe, many
european groups are going to meet on October 15 for an action day
against
all rejections to be built in all cities of the fortress, and on Sunday
16
in Tampere, Finland, at the end of the European summit on immigration
and
"safety" within the Schengen borders. Two days in which we'll struggle
to
recall a story beginning 500 years ago, a story of migration from the
fortress, initially by conquistadores and exploiters, then by "european
indios" exploited and with no papers.

A story of conquer, exploitation and fortresses going on also today,
with
men and women out of this Wall pushing to enter, with landless
populations -- as in Kurdistan -- for which the right of asylum has been
turned into a practical joke or with population without future like in
Chiapas, for which the right to a decent life keeps a deception, men and
women which, with courage,  keep on resisting and building those worlds
containing many worlds.

But our dreams can go far away, and they join those of our camerades
living
on the other side of the Wall telling them: we are struggling with the
same
stones, and by beating on two sides, the cracks on this Wall will widen
much
faster.

And if this day of struggling within the fortress would be carried to
the
people beyond the Wall? And if our camerades worlwide, with which we
shared
other paths of struggle as the Intercontinental Caravan or the G8
summit,
would know, accept, support and enforce this day of struggle, turning it
into a day against all neoliberistic fortresses, against all borders?

Riflessioni sull'autunno, le fortezze e le frontiere

Il simbolo della quarta guerra mondiale è un enorme muro che passa dal
Rio
Grande alla Turchia, per Gibilterra e poi su tagliando fuori l'Europa
dell'Est; e poi ancora tra Australia, Giappone, Asia Orientale.

Mentre i potenti europei si incontrano per decidere a chi concedere
l'asilo
politico dalle vette dei loro palazzi, continuano a giungere in Europa
le
vittime della quarta guerra mondiale, dopo la guerra fredda, quella del
neoliberismo contro l'umanità.
E mentre i politicanti europei si interrogano sulle misure legali per
restringere i movimenti delle persone, in pochi anni sono morte sui
confini
di Schengen migliaia di persone: annegate in mari o in fiumi, saltate
sulle
mine, affondate da corpi di marina, raggiunte da proiettili della
polizia,
appesi oltre confine nei carceri bilaterali...

I muri americani e di Schengen hanno causato ciascuno in cinque anni
5-10
volte il numero dei morti del muro di Berlino in trenta, il sistema
informatico di Schengen registra con precisione foto, dati e impronte
digitali persino dei neonati

Il loro crimine: essere nati fuori da questi confini.
La loro vita: lavorare per la ricchezza dell'Europa e essere
criminalizzati
dai mass-media.
La loro funzione: spostare il conflitto di classe verso il conflitto di
razza.
Il loro destino: l'espulsione.

Eppure il loro coraggio, le loro resistenze, le loro lotte per i diritti
ci
dicono che è possibile un  mondo che contenga molti mondi.


Il 23 di settembre di un anno fa in questo meccanismo veniva soffocata
da un
poliziotto Semira Adamu, una donna col torto di non avere un documento
"legale" in tasca.

Perché non costruire un momento di confronto, denuncia e mobilitazione
in
quei giorni?

Riflettiamo se sabato 25 settembre non possa essere il giorno di ricordo
e
lotta per Semira e per tutte e tutti quelli che dividono la sua sorte.
Da prima della sua costruzione stiamo lottando contro il simbolo di
questo
muro che hanno realizzato nella nostra città:  il lager per i senza
documenti di via Corelli, a Milano.
Da quando ha cominciato a funzionare ne chiediamo la chiusura,
denunciando
gli abusi che vorrebbe nascondere: violenze della polizia, tentativi di

suicidio, assenza di cure mediche.
E' un lager che va chiuso. Potrebbe essere il centro di questo
appuntamento.


Il nostro paese prosegue sulla strada che ha scelto, demonizzare i
migranti,
respingere i profughi, costruire ghetti per i rom, da sempre cittadini
del
mondo.

L'Europa dei diritti, così barbaramente calpestata dai governi
neoliberisti
di sinistra anche nel nostro paese, passa attraverso:

l'arresto immediato delle espulsioni
la soppressione dei campi di detenzione
la regolarizzazione di tutti i sans-papiers
la libera circolazione e il libero soggiorno

Combattendo al fianco dei migranti, contro i muri della fortezza Europa,
molti gruppi europei, si stanno dando appuntamento per venerdi 15
ottobre,
nella giornata di mobilitazioni contro tutte le espulsioni in tutte le
città
della fortezza, e sabato 16 ottobre a Tampere, al termine del vertice
europeo su immigrazione e sicurezza interna.

Giornate in cui ci mobiliteremo per ricordare una storia iniziata
proprio in
un autunno di 500 anni fa, una storia di migrazioni dalla fortezza,
prima di
conquistatori sfruttatori, poi di indios d'europa sfruttati e senza
documenti.

Una storia di conquista, sfruttamento e fortezze che prosegue oggi,
con donne e uomini fuori delle mura che senza documenti vogliono
entrare,
con popolazioni senza terra come in Kurdistan, per le quali il diritto
d'asilo sta significando una beffa, o senza futuro come in Chiapas, per
le
quali il diritto ad una vita degna resta un inganno,
donne e uomini che con coraggio continuano a resistere e costruire quei
mondi che contengono molti mondi.

E i nostri sogni vanno lontano, si mescolano con quelli delle nostre
compagne e dei nostri compagni che si trovano al di là del muro, e gli
dicono: stiamo combattendo contro le stesse pietre, e battendo da due
parti
le crepe si allargano più velocemente.

E se anche questa giornata costruita dentro la fortezza verrà conosciuta
al
di là del muro? E se le compagne e i compagni di tutto il mondo che
altre
volte hanno diviso sentieri di lotta, come è successo per la carovana
intercontinentale o per il vertice dei grandi della terra conoscessero,
raccogliessero, sostenessero e lottassero questa giornata, la facessero
diventare una giornata contro tutte le fortezze neoliberiste, contro
tutte
le loro frontiere?
