AUT: New Italian book on Zapatistas

Folks:
Just returned from two weeks in Italy (Rovereto near Trento and Emilia in
the mountains near the border with Tuscana) where I found a new book on
the Zapatistas:

Alessandro Marucci (a cura di) CAMMINARE DOMANDANDO: La rivoluzione
zapatista, DeriveApprodi, 1999(L.30,000)

The book is a collection of articles, some from Mexico, some from France
and Italy. Authors include: Luis Gomez, Pablo Gonzales Casanova, John
Holloway, Yvon Le Bot, Danilo Bel Bello, Pierluigi Sullo, Mariarosa Dalla
Costa and yours truly (two pieces). The introduction by Marucci is well
done and useful as is Le Bot's piece. Del Bello's is Negriesque "Potenza
contro Potere: l'utopia zapatista" and Mariarosa's piece is complemented
by another by Magara Millan on indigenous women. Spliced through and among
the articles is a running "poem" by Lello Voce called "Zapatista
Cut--Up-Rap.

So... there you have it.

PS: I also picked up the latest issue of DERIVEAPPRODI (#18) devoted to
the IWW, i.e., Immaterial Workers of the World, which includes the IWW
manifesto and a couple dozen responses by the usual assortment of
characters (Virno, Piperno, Marrazzi, etc) and some old articles from this
line of research and writing. It would be useful if Steve W. or someone
else would translate the Manifesto for general discussion. I'd be happy to
send a hard copy to any volunteers.
