AUT: Background Material for the 2nd American Encounter (Dec 99)

Folks;
I continue to work on the web page for the Second American Encuentro to be
held in Belem, Brazil, December 6-11, 1999. I have just finished creating
a shortcut guide to materials on previous encounters to facilitate
preparation for the next one. As many said before the Second
Intercontinental in Spain in 1997 it is necessary to build on past
meetings rather than turn in circles repeating things that have already
been said. There are now three web pages on the upcoming encounter:
