The article, anyway, is the review of a posthumous book by Althusser
("Machiavelli and Us").
this is the "core" of the article :

"...... giovani, fate di Machiavelli l'ispiratore di ogni filosofia
pratica, perch=E9 la filosofia pratica si chiama comunismo." !!!!!!!

(...boys and girls, do make of Machiavelli the the 'inspirer' of each and
every practical philosophy, 'cause practical philosophy's name is
COMMUNISM")

It's just a bit more complicated, but I'll be waiting for Steve's
translation ( "se l'e' cercata" !!!) for a comment.
I've found the article more than brilliant (what Toni did it 's been "to
take Althusser home") .
