Description of stachkom-inter

This is an international discussion list that will focus exclusively on
labor militancy in Russia with the goal of facilitating the
international solidarity with the working class struggle in that
country.  The language is English.  No moderation.  However the list
owner reserves the right to remove subscribers for disruptive behavior
or posting materials not directly related  to the focus of the list.
Subscribers are encouraged to briefly introduce themselves.
