Some broad *background* for the current Asian/global financial crisis can
be found in W. Bonefeld and J Holloway (eds) (1995) _Global Capital,
Nation State and the Politics of Money_.
Perhaps John and Werner have more recent pieces of work to offer as well,
or can recommend some material themselves . . .
