But we can abolish that division. This does not mean that certain members
of humanity will no longer have penises and others vaginas, but the I think
the point is not that there are no differences, but that the binary
opposition is unjustifiable, physically, socially, etc. Men and women have
much more in common than they do different. Just as we speak of race as an
artificial division of humanity, so can we talk of gender. Women may have a
few abilities that men do not, and vice versa, but a few traits do not
imply the radical difference in power between men and women.
