Papers from the conference are available (for the cost of copying and
postage) in their current, mostly draft, state.  Look at the conference
website, http://jefferson.village.virginia.edu/~spoons/global/ for the
schedule and many (if not all) of the abstracts.  Then you can send a
message to me or to Rob Sikorski, sikorski@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, detailing
which papers you are interested in.

We may also be able to make some of the papers available on the web.

In the fullness of time we also hope to publish a collection of the papers.
