Hi Bill Bartlett,
I couldn't agree more with your criticism of unintelligeble messages.
I'm sorry to say this phenomenon is occurring more and more
frequently. If I were paranoid, I'd wonder if we were being
"trolled." But since I'm not, I just attributeit to the superiority
of our white-supremacist education system.
