The Baku Congress is one of the first signals that the Russian CP was in
danger to be dominated by the State's interests more than the revolutionary
ones. Nothing less and nothing more. Sultan Zadeh and Roy fought a
principled battle which ended with a words' compromise (let the subscribers
investigate about it).
