!STOP MEDDLING IN
PEOPLE’S DEMOCRATIC PROCESS
You might remember that in July 2005
the AFL CIO
was holding their national meeting at Navy Pier.
And we
mobilized to bring to delegates attention and
response
that the AFL CIO through their Solidarity Center
had
worked with the US Government to stage a
coup,
April 11 2002, against the democratically
elected
president of Venezuela, Hugo
Chavez.
In that
action we identified for the people of
Chicago the anti democratic policies of the US
Government and four of the most prominent
institutions
of our country: the Democratic Party, the
Republican
Party, the Chamber of Commerce and the
AFL-CIO
They all
work together in a governmental agency
with funding from the Department of State USAID
NED,
that is the National Endowment for
Democracy, so called.
Alliance for Global Justice, (AFGJ) is
initiating a national
campaign to bring to the people information about where
their tax dollars go and for what they are used.
Secondly, we will be returning from the
VENEZUELA
SYMPOSIUM April 18-20 in W-DC and will
REPORT BACK.
The way corporate media works, people know diddly about what
is really happening
in Venezuela, the Revolutionary Changes there
JAMES JORDAN is long time activist for justice, a graduate of
North Park University, himself a pastor's child growing up in
Alabama during the Civil Rights Movement of the Sixties.
He lives in Tucson AZ
where he is active also in the Immigration issue,
the Border Wall Bad Idea.
James was one of the
principal organizers for the July 2005
mobilization to disclose the AFL CIO Solidarity Center
complicity in the
attempted coup against Chavez in Venezuela which brought
to everyone's mind and awareness he NED, National Endowment
for Democracy, and US Government anti democratic
policy.
