Well, yes and no. The fact that we exist speaks to the probability that
others do too and since the universe is infinite and has an infinite
number of galaxies let alone stars and planets then the possibilities of
an infinite number of systems with life and intelligent life must also be
infinite.

Otherwise we fall back on the idea that we are special and the centre of
creation. This is an idea equally untenable in my view.
