Re: [A-List] Practice

Who is talking about activism? I am no activist myself although I did put in 23 solid years from 1967 to 1990. I am talking about analyzing politics and class relationships in the USA. You ask me to define the bazaari bourgeoisie for you. What a waste of my time. I much prefer to analyze the American economy. If you asked me to define the US ruling class, I'd feel like I'd be grounded in reality. That, btw, is the subject of Doug's next book.

Something very disorienting happened to you about 3 or 4 years ago. You began to become very bored and frustrated with American politics and became infatuated with Iran. I can understand how living in Columbus, Ohio can rot out your brain that way. Poor Michael Hoover has all he can do to stay sane in Orlando.

Maybe you and your husband should move to Los Angeles or Chicago.
