To make a case for that argument, you'd have to explain what the
Woodrow Wilson Center does.

Moreover, I'd also say that Iran's government, which must be vigilant
against soft and hard regime change activities directed by the empire,
still ought not to let its legitimate vigilance become paranoid
overreaction, which is counter-productive for the purpose of national
defense.
