If this veto takes place, then we can safely say that Yeltsinism has
disappeared from Russia as a political force. No surprise that Putin
has been turned into a "rogue dictator" by imperialist journalism. It
should be recalled that when the Serbian government obtained a
Russian mediator against the bombing campaign by NATO, Moscow sent -
Chernomyrdin!!!!!!!!!!
